How To Take Cuttings From Tender Fuchsias

Selecting the Right Stem

Cutting the Stem

Prepping the Cutting

Caring for the Cutting

After a few weeks, gently tug on the cutting to see if it has rooted. If you feel resistance, that means roots have formed and the cutting has successfully established itself. At this point, you can remove the plastic bag and begin caring for the new plant as you would any other fuchsia.
